ContactSend photographs of your smile and any recent X-rays through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. A clinician reviews them and you receive a written, costed plan with a proposed schedule — usually within 48 hours. That plan is provisional until we examine you in person, and we say so clearly.
Veneers and crowns typically need five to seven days in one visit. Implants need two visits: three to five days for surgery, then a second trip after three to four months. Full-arch cases follow the same two-visit pattern. We confirm the exact schedule before you book flights.
You keep a direct contact number for your coordinator and the treating clinician. We send your full clinical records, including scans and the implant passport, so any dentist can act on them. Where a fault is ours, we cover the remedial work; the terms are written into your treatment agreement rather than left vague.
Consultations, consent documents and post-operative instructions are available in English, German, Russian and French. Your coordinator speaks your language and stays with you through the whole treatment rather than handing you between departments.
Yes, and it is written down with its conditions. Implant fixtures, ceramic restorations and orthodontic retainers each carry their own term. The conditions include attending your review appointments and maintaining hygiene — a guarantee that ignores those would not be honest.
Safety comes from the clinic, not the country. Ask any provider — including us — for their sterilisation protocol, the brand of implant they use, whether a specialist or a generalist performs your surgery, and what happens if a complication arises. We answer all four in writing before you commit.
Airport transfers are included for treatment plans over a set value, and we hold rates at partner hotels near each clinic. We do not sell flights or take commission on hotels — the arrangement exists to make the schedule work, not to add a margin.
A deposit secures your dates; the balance is paid in stages as treatment progresses. You receive an itemised invoice for every stage. If the plan changes after the in-person examination, the revised cost is agreed with you before any further work is carried out.
