Appointments requested through this site are requests until confirmed in writing. Cancellation terms and any deposit conditions are set out in the treatment agreement you receive before treatment begins.

5. Guarantees

Guarantee terms differ by treatment and are stated in your written plan, together with the conditions that maintain them — attending review appointments and maintaining oral hygiene among them. Guarantees do not cover damage from trauma, unreported bruxism or neglect.
