Six things that change the outcome, and how we handle each one.
1. The plan exists before you arrive
You receive a written, costed plan with a proposed schedule before booking flights. It is provisional until we examine you, and we mark clearly which parts could change and why.
2. Specialists, not generalists, do specialist work
Your implant surgery is performed by an implantologist, your root canal by an endodontist, your aligners by an orthodontist. We tell you who will do what before you commit.
3. The laboratory is in the building
Ceramic can be tried in, adjusted and re-fired the same day. That is what makes a five-day plan realistic instead of optimistic.
4. Everything is documented
Photographs at every stage, scans, radiographs, the implant passport with brand and lot numbers. You leave with the complete file, and so does your dentist at home.
5. One coordinator, your language, the whole way through
Not a call centre. The same person from first enquiry through to your twelve-month review, working in English, German, Russian or French.
6. The guarantee is written, with its conditions
Implant fixtures, ceramics and retainers each carry a defined term. The conditions — reviews attended, hygiene maintained — are stated rather than buried, because a guarantee that ignores them would not mean anything.
