- Anaesthetic
- Local anaesthetic
Dental Bridges
A bridge spans a gap by crowning the teeth on either side and suspending a replacement tooth between them. It is fixed, comfortable and completed in days rather than months — the trade-off being that the supporting teeth must be prepared.
When the neighbouring teeth already need crowns, or when an implant is not possible for medical or anatomical reasons, a bridge restores the gap without surgery and without a healing period.
Benefits
- Fixed result within one visit week
- No surgery and no healing period
- Uses teeth that often need crowning anyway
- Restores chewing on that side immediately
- Available in zirconia for strength or ceramic for aesthetics
The procedure
- 01 Assessment of the supporting teeth and radiographs
- 02 Preparation of the abutment teeth
- 03 Digital scan of both arches and the bite
- 04 Temporary bridge fitted
- 05 Frame try-in where indicated
- 06 Final cementation and hygiene instruction
Technology
Digital scanning, CAD/CAM frameworks in zirconia or titanium and virtual bite analysis.

Clean under the false tooth every day with a floss threader or interdental brush — that space is where bridges fail.

In our patients’ words
What convinced me was the mock-up. I walked around with the trial teeth for two days before anything was cut, and I could change the shape twice. The final result is exactly what I approved, not a surprise.

I had worn an upper denture for eleven years. The provisional bridge went in the same afternoon as the surgery. Six months later I ate a steak for the first time since 2013.

I live in Moscow and flew in twice in fourteen months. Everything else was photographs through the app. Dr Volkova replied to my questions herself, not through an assistant.
